First off, HAPPY 30th BIRTHDAY JONATHAN!! What a GREAT way to not only start our trip but for Jon to start off a new decade :) Uncle Cesar and Aunt Mira came and picked us up and we headed out to Castle Ksiaz that is just outside of Jelenia Gora. I have never been to a castle before and this was just amazing! All of the artwork and sculptures and the buildings all so beautifully done and centuries old! It was truly amazing as if I was stepping thru time. The weather was nice, a bit chilly at times but no the less was completely awesome. We walked the grounds for a while and then Connor stayed with Cesar and Mira as we took a tour of the castle. Here are just a few of the AMAZING shots we took.

This picture above is of the arena. This place is made completely out of wood, nothing else. Everything that is holding this place together, is made of wood, so no screws or metal beams. Amazing.

What a wonderful day we had at this castle! I could have stayed here ALOT longer just combing over this entire place. These pictures are only a quarter of what I took, but I will spare you all on those. Tomorrow we visit Babcia!!!
